金管局新規定如下：

Due to changes in MAS Notice 626, we now require a proof of residential address document for ALL authorised signatories/authorised persons (including signatories, internet banking authorisers, Business Debit card holders). The revised MAS Notice 626 will be effective immediately.

由于新加坡金管局對于銀行開戶要求的調整，現在開始所以新加坡公司要在新加坡本地開設銀行賬戶的必須提供地址證明。 

Please note that the proof of address must be:

      -  Issued within the past 3 months  必須是三個月內有效。

      -  Original OR certified by at least 2 directors 必須是原件或者由兩個公司董事進行認證。

Documents accepted as proof of residential address:

銀行認可并且接受的地址證明如下：

1) Singapore citizen/PR 新加坡公民或者PR

-  SingaporeNRIC  新加坡身份證

2) Foreigners 外國人

-  A bank statement or credit card statement 銀行對賬單或者信用卡對賬單

-  A telephone or internet service bill  電話賬單

-  Correspondence from a government agency  政府機構發的文件

-  The following documents issued by Singapore Authorities 以下有新加坡政府頒發的準證

· EmploymentPass

· S Pass

· Work Permit

·  LongTermVisitPass

·  DependentPass

·  Permanent Residency

For documents in foreign language 如果文件語言是用英語以外的語言

-  Must be translated by notary 必須出示公證文件，如果是水電費這種比較簡單的文件，我們可以幫忙翻譯，不需要經過公證。

-  Translated document must state:

?   Individual Name

?   Address

?   Type of document e.g Utility Bill

?    Who issued the document – e.g Thai Utility Board 

Kindly note that this is also applicable if the company is using nominee directorship or signatory list.
